Job Description
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Able to resolve all complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform Monthly Stock Inventory Check and Replenishments
- Arrange and display merchandise
- Keep merchandise area neat and tidy
Requirements
- Able to write & communicate in basic English with English speaking customers
- Candidate must possess minimum GCE ‘N’ levels or higher qualification.
- Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented
- With at least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Candidate without any retail experience may be considered
- Must be willing to work on shift hours, weekends and public holidays
Work Schedule:
Candidate is required to perform the following working shifts :
Morning : 9.30am to 5.30pm
Afternoon : 2pm to 10pm
5x Compulsory Full Shifts: 9.30am to 10pm and also included the following rotating shifts timing
6 off days per month
