| Best Denki guarantees competitive pricing, ensuring our rates are either lower or on par with competitors, in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. |
| If you happen to discover your recently bought product at a lower price from one of our competitors, simply reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase with evidence of the price difference. We're delighted to refund you the variance in price! |
| We will match or refund the price difference on a "like-for-like" basis, ensuring it's the same product brand, origin, and model, inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and manufacturer's warranty. |
| Instances where price matching is not applicable. We do not price match for/on the following conditions… |
| • Deals with "free gift or purchase with purchase" offers |
| • Prices that is only applicable when using the competitor's / specific credit cards or any other financing offers. |
| • Deals that are on limited quantities at a specific store(s) during/for 'special celebration sale' occasion. |
| • Competitor's advertised deal/product that is out of stock or on pre-order basis. |

| FREE DELIVERY & DISPOSAL |
| HOME DELIVERY |
| We will deliver your bulky items (that are not able to fit into a car boot) to your doorstep for free when you spend at least $1000 in a single receipt. |
| PRODUCT DISPOSAL |
| Purchase a product at any BEST Denki retail store and we will dispose off your old item of similar category for free upon delivery. For small electronics / appliances, you may dispose at the electronics recycle bin within Best Denki stores. |

| BIRTHDAY TREAT - $10 BIRTHDAY VOUCHER |
| The $10 birthday voucher is redeemable with a minimum spend of $20 in a single receive at any Best Denki retail stores (not applicable for online transactions). |
| This voucher cannot be used for special offer items, display sets, services, or the purchase of additional vouchers, and is only valid for personal use (not applicable for traders). |
| Restricted to one redemption per customer. Voucher expires on the final day of the recipient's birthday month and cannot be extended under any circumstances. |
| 14 DAYS 1-TO-1 EXCHANGE * |
| For 14 days 1-to-1 exchange, it is only applicable if product is returned in its original, brand new sealed / unopened state, accompanied by the original receipt, warranty card, and any included complimentary item(s)/gift(s), vouchers, or accessories, to our stores within 14 days of purchase or delivery. |

| DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPAIR / EXCHANGE |
| Once product is opened / used (with original seal broken), up to 14 days standard product repair / exchange policy apply. Product must be in pristine, brand new condition, accompanied by the original receipt, warranty card, and any included complimentary item(s)/gift(s), vouchers, or accessories, to our stores within 14 days of purchase or delivery. A 30% restocking fee will be applicable for any return/reselection of product that is different from original purchase. |
| Please be aware that some brands reserve the right to have their own experts examine the product and may reject the return of goods. For unsealed defective Apple products, please contact an Apple Service Centre. For unsealed headsets and earphones, please contact the manufacturer's authorized office. |

| ORDER CANCELLATION / REFUND |
| If an order is canceled, the refund provided will not cover the incurred delivery fees. |
