Customer Service Assistant

Customer Service Assistant is responsible for answering queries of customers via either phone or face-to-face. Their major responsibility is to keep current or up-to-date information regarding all products, procedures, and services of the company. are responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets.

Job Description

  •  Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow up queries.
  • Responding to routine customer inquiries regarding products and services of the company.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
  • General administration duties
  • Maintaining database of customer contacts.

 

Requirements

  • Pleasant personality with genuine aptitude for customer-service related work
  • Good communications skills and able to mulit-task work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Comfortable working on shift hours, weekends and public holiday


Work Schedule:


Candidate is required to perform the following working shifts :

Work Schedule:
Morning     :  9.30am to 5.30pm
Afternoon  :  2pm to 10pm
6 off days per month
