Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By enrolling in and participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Eligibility and Enrolment

  • Availability: This program is applicable only to the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S26 Series device at any Best Denki retail outlets between 11 March 2026 to 3 April 2026, both dates inclusive.
  • Enrolment Fee: A one-time enrolment fee of S$72.00 is required to participate in this program.

2. Program Benefits and Conditions

Device Usage Requirement

  • To qualify for an upgrade under this program, the device must be used for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.
  • The trade-in and upgrade must be completed between 11 March 2027 and 3 April 2027.

Upgrade Process

  • After completing twelve (12) months of usage, participants will be eligible to trade in their original device for an upgrade.
  • The trade-in value will be 50% of the original device purchase price.
  • The device condition will be assessed by Laku6, the appointed trade-in partner for this program.
  • The 50% trade-in value applies only if the device is in perfect working condition with a Like-New cosmetic grading.

Samsung Care+ Screen Care

The program includes two (2) years of Samsung Care+ coverage, excluding theft and loss protection. Full terms and conditions for Samsung Care+ are available at Samsung Care+ Terms.

3. Additional Information

  • Payment Method: All payment modes are accepted for enrolment and device purchase.
  • Program Reminder: Participants will receive a reminder notification at the twelve (12)-month mark regarding eligibility for early upgrade and trade-in.
Program End Date: The final date to complete the trade-in process is 3 April 2027. The program will be officially terminated after store closing hours on 3 April 2027.

4. General Terms

  • Promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other in-store promotions unless otherwise stated.
  • The program is applicable only to purchases made for personal use and is not available to traders or resellers.
  • Customers are advised to consult with our sales specialists in-store for further information.
