2. What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a redemption code for a Viu Premium subscription. This code can be used to activate a Viu Premium plan on your Viu account for a specified duration (e.g., 100Days, 188Days and 388Days).
3. How do I get my redemption code?
After completing your purchase at the Best Denki cashier, you will receive a printed receipt containing a unique redemption code. Please keep this receipt safely, as it includes the redemption code and also serves as your proof of purchase.
4. How do I redeem the code?
- Step 1: Visit the Viu redemption page at https://www.viu.com/ott/sg/en/campaign/redeem .
- Step 2: Log in or sign up for a Viu account.
- Step 3: Enter the unique redemption code found on your receipt.
- Step 4: Enjoy your Viu Premium!
5. What if I am an existing Viu Premium subscriber?
Users with an existing Viu Premium account can only redeem the code once your current subscription ends.
6. Can I use the code immediately after purchase?
Yes, you can. The redemption code is active for use once you have completed your purchase at the Best Denki store, unless you have an existing Viu Premium subscription. You can also create a new Viu account to redeem the code immediately.
7. Is there an expiry date for the redemption code?
Yes. The redemption code must be redeemed within 3 months of the purchase date.
8. Can I refund or exchange the redemption code after purchase?
No. Once the redemption code has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Best Denki and Viu are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.
9. What happens if I have an issue with the redemption code?
- First, double-check the code: Make sure you have entered the code correctly without any typos.
- If the problem persists: Please contact Viu's customer service via enquiry.sg@viu.com for assistance. You may be asked to provide your Best Denki receipt as proof of purchase. Do not share your redemption code with anyone except Viu's official support channels.
10. Can I use this code for a Viu account in another country?
This redemption code is valid for Viu accounts in Singapore only. It cannot be used in other regions.
