Click & Collect
- Click & Collect service is available in all stores. Click here for store locator.
- You may collect your order 5 days after purchase date at your selected store.
- Please proceed to the customer service counter or approach any Customer Service Executive.
- Please bring your Order Confirmation email and NRIC/Passport for collection. We may request the credit card used for the order.
- Items purchased online may not be in stock even after order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative product.
Same Day Pick-Up at Ngee Ann City Store
- Available only at Ngee Ann City Store, 391 Orchard Road, #05-01/04 Ngee Ann City Podium, Singapore 238872.
- Orders must be placed before 4:00pm for same-day collection after 6:30pm.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm will be available for next-day collection after 6:30pm.
- This service is not available on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Please present your Order Confirmation email and personal identification during collection.
- This service does not include installation or setup services.
Standard Delivery
Due to high demand, the expected delivery time is 11:00am to 7:00pm.
- Delivery charge is $10 for purchases below $200.
- Delivery on weekends and Public Holidays may not apply for certain suppliers.
- Delivery to condominiums is subject to the building management’s discretion.
- Best Denki may appoint a third-party delivery service provider to deliver your order.
- A $10 rescheduling charge applies for rejected delivery, failed delivery, or if no one is available to receive the goods.
Express Delivery / Same Day Delivery Terms
- Express Delivery applies to selected eligible items only.
- Orders placed before 3:00pm will be delivered on the same day from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm will be delivered the following day from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
- Express Delivery option will be shown at cart page for eligible products.
- Delivery charge is $45 and is non-refundable.
- Delivery to condominiums is subject to the building management’s discretion.
- Express Delivery is not applicable for wall-mounting service.
- Express Delivery is not applicable when combined with products that are not eligible.
Next Day Delivery Terms
- Next Day Delivery applies to selected eligible items only.
- Orders placed before 3:00pm will be delivered the next day, subject to stock availability.
- Delivery time is from 11:00am to 7:00pm.
- Delivery charge is $20.
- Next Day Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Only basic installation is applicable. Wall-mounting, stacking and other services will be arranged separately.

Purchase your electrical or electronic items before 4:00pm and add $10 on top of the usual delivery fee of $30 for same-day delivery.
The delivery fee is waived for minimum purchases of $2,000 and above, and for BEST-OCBC Platinum card members with minimum purchases of $200 and above.

Night Delivery
Place your order and add $10 on top of the usual delivery fee of $30 for night delivery on the following night.
Night delivery is from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
