Terms and conditions:

This Promo is valid from 9 Jul 2025, 10:00 p.m. to 31 Jul 2025, 11:59 p.m. when you pre-order the next Galaxy Z Series (or with other Samsung products in a single transaction) with a promo code (each, a “Promo Code”), via the Samsung Online Store, Samsung Shop App or at Samsung Experience Stores only.

Each Promo Code is only valid for one-time use per transaction and will entitle you to the following:

for each of the next Galaxy Z Series pre-ordered: (a) $77 off one (1) of the next Galaxy Watches; or (b) $77 off one (1) of the selected Smartphone accessories (if any such accessories are to be purchased); and

for each of the next Galaxy Watches pre-ordered (regardless of whether the next Galaxy Z Series is pre-ordered): one (1) free stylish watch strap for the next Galaxy Watches (each, a “Fabric Band”) (worth $58).

Promotional offers are not exchangeable for cash or other items, in full or in part. Free Fabric Bands are while stocks last.

Each participant of this Promo (each, a “Participant”) will also stand a chance to win a $77 Trip.com flight e-voucher in a randomised draw (the “Lucky Draw”). See Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions below.

Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or amend or withdraw this Promo at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Organiser

The Lucky Draw is organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Samsung”), located at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City, #17-31/32, Singapore 117440.

Eligibility

2.1 The Lucky Draw is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above as of 24 June 2025.

2.2 Employees of Samsung, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

2.3 Each individual is limited to one (1) entry per email address. Multiple or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Promotion Period

3.1 The Lucky Draw will run from 24 June 2025, 7 a.m. to 9 July 2025, 9:59 p.m. (the “Lucky Draw Period”).

3.2 The Lucky Draw will have two (2) cycles (each, a “Cycle”) within the Lucky Draw Period: (i) Week 1 (24 Jun 2025, 7 a.m. to 1 Jul 2025, 12:00 a.m.); and (ii) Week 2 (2 Jul 20255, 12:00 a.m. to 8 Jul 2025, 9:59 p.m.).

Participation Mechanics

4.1 To enter the Lucky Draw, each Participant must:

receive a confirmation email containing a randomised word (each, a “Randomised Word”), which will serve as his/her ‘ticket’ for the Lucky Draw.

4.2 Each Cycle will have a distinct set of Randomised Words.

4.3 Winners of the Lucky Draw (each, a “Winner”) will be determined based on a “Word of the Week”, which will be announced via Samsung’s social media platforms and official Samsung partner channels (collectively, the “Participating Channels”) as follows: (i) Week 1 “Word of the Week” reveal on 2 Jul 2025 at 9 a.m.; and (ii) Week 2 “Word of the Week” reveal on 9 Jul 2025 at 9 p.m.

Prizes

5.1 Each Participant will receive entry into either of the Cycles of the Lucky Draw and will stand a chance to win a SGD 77 Trip.com flight e-voucher (each, a “Voucher”).

5.2 There will be a total of 154 Winners: seventy-seven (77) Winners per Cycle.

5.3 Each Voucher will entitle a Winner to SGD 77 off selected flights booked via Trip.com only. No minimum spend required.

5.4 Only one (1) Voucher can be applied to each booking. The Voucher is non-stackable with other promo codes or other promotional offers.

5.5 Each Voucher will only be applicable for transactions in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

5.6 Each Voucher cannot be used in addition with other offers, promotions and/ discounts and are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

5.7 To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com and Samsung will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion.

Winner Announcement, Verification and Redemption

6.1 The list of Winners for will be published on https://www.samsung.com/sg/offer/luckydraw/ by 8 August 2025.

6.2 To claim the Lucky Draw prize (i.e., a Voucher), each Winner must direct message @samsungsg on Instagram with a screenshot of his/her confirmation email confirming that his/her Randomised Word matches the applicable “Word of the Week”. After verification by Samsung, Samsung will provide each Winner with details regarding the collection of the Voucher.

6.3 Winners must present his/her confirmation email for verification and, upon verification, collect their Vouchers from Samsung between 21 Jul 2025 and 31 Jul 2025 at Samsung’s office at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City, #17-31/32, Singapore 117440.

Trip.com Voucher Redemption

7.1 Each Voucher can only be redeemed via a specified campaign page, which shall we notified to each winner by Samsung upon collection of his/her Voucher.

7.2 Any queries and/or issues in connection with the redemption of the Vouchers including, but not limited to, availability of flights, booking of flights and changes to bookings, should be directed to Trip.com. For assistance, winners can contact Trip.com directly at +65 3138 5161.

7.3 Samsung shall not be responsible for redemption of any of the Vouchers.

Disqualification

7.1 Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, tampering, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Incomplete, late, or duplicate entries will not be considered.

Personal Data

By participating, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Samsung for the purpose of administering the Lucky Draw. Refer to Samsung’s Privacy Policy at www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html for more information.

Liability

Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw (including the utilisation of the Vouchers).
