Job Description
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Resolve all complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform Monthly Stock Inventory Check and Replenishments.
- Execute visual merchandising in according with Company’s specification.
- Ensure the store is clean and tidy by performing regular housekeeping & cleaning activity.
Requirements
- Able to communicate & write in Basic English
- Possesses great passion on Apple Products, IT Retail, Technology and Sales
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ levels and above for Singaporean/Singapore PR
- For non-local candidate, must possess equal or higher qualification.
- Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented
- With at least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Candidate without any retail experience may be considered
- Required to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Work Schedule:
Candidate is required to perform the following working shifts :
5x Compulsory Full Shifts: 9.30am to 10pm and also included the following rotating shifts timing
Morning : 9.30am to 5.30pm
Afternoon : 2pm to 10pm
6 off days per month
