Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Enrollment:

1. Availability: Only applicable to the purchase of a new Galaxy S25 model.
2. Enrollment Fee: A one-time payment of $60.00 is required to enroll in the program.

Program Benefits and Conditions:

1. Device Usage Requirement:
   To qualify for an upgrade, the device must be used for a minimum of 12 months.
   •⁠ ⁠Trade in and upgrade by 28 Mar to 15 May 2026
   
   

2. Upgrade Process:

   • After 12 months, you are eligible for a trade-in of your original device.
   • The trade-in credit is 50% of the original device's price.
   • The condition of the original device will be assessed by Laku6 (the trade-in company). The 50% trade-in credit applies only if the device is in perfect working condition with Like-New cosmetic grading.

3. Samsung Care+: The program includes two years of Samsung Care+, but without theft and loss coverage. The full terms and conditions for Samsung Care+ can be found at Samsung Care+ Terms.

Additional Notes:

1. Payment Method: Only payments made using an OCBC credit card are eligible for enrollment in the program.
2. Program Reminders: You will receive a reminder at the 12-month mark regarding the possibility of an early upgrade.
3. Program End Date: The last date of purchase and trade-in for all members are to be completed on/before 15 May 2026. Program will be terminated on 31 May 2026, after store closure timing.
