The following terms & conditions will apply to any online order that you place with Best Denki (Singapore) Pte Ltd (UEN No. 198202199E) (“Best Denki” or “we” or “us”) a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered office at 23 Tampines Street 92, #01-00 Storhub Singapore 528892.
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from our BEST Online Store. If you are unable to agree to these terms & conditions then you must not use our online ordering service. Please click on the button marked “I have read & agreed” at the end of these terms & conditions if you accept them. By placing an online order through our BEST Online Store you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
1. Your status
By placing an online order through our BEST Online Store you are warranting to us that:
a. you are purchasing our product/s for your personal consumption and not for business or commercial purposes;
b. you are at least eighteen (18) years old; and
c. you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Placing on order
When you place an order to purchase products from us, your order is deemed an offer to purchase products from us. We have absolute discretion to reject your order without any reason. Your order is accepted when we send you an email informing you that we have accepted your order.
You cannot cancel your order once we accept your order. We reserve the right to refund you the price of any product/s for which you have paid (in lieu of delivery or supply of such product/s), even after we have sent you an email informing that your order has been accepted and payment has been received by us.
All purchases made at BEST Online Store are strictly for delivery.
The price of any product is (except in cases of obvious error) as displayed in our BEST Online Store. All prices are stated in Singapore dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. There may be additional charges for delivery and disposal. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have sent you an email accepting your order. Prices on our BEST Online Store will defer from the prices you see in our stores, this may be due to limited products quantities or special online promotions.
Any discounts and rebates offered are on such terms and conditions as we may from time to time prescribe and may be withdrawn or canceled by us without notice. All Promotional and Limited offer items are limited to 1 per customer. Limited Time offer & Weekends offer items are not qualify for E-coupons promotion. All free gifts offered are while stocks last and are not exchangeable and may be withdrawn or canceled at any time without notice.
All products we display on our BEST Online Store are on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the availability, description, and prices of the products stated on our BEST Online Store are accurate and complete. We will not be liable in any way for inaccuracy and incompleteness in relation to the availability, description and prices of the products stated on our BEST Online Store.
Payment for all products must be by credit card or debit card. We accept payment with most major credit and debit cards. Please note that payment must be received in Singapore dollars. In order to facilitate the payment process, you will be transferred to a secure payment site where you can enter your credit card or debit card details.
1. Normal Full Payment: JCB, Mastercard & Visa Credit or Debit Cards.
2. 0% IPP Instalment Plan: UOB Credit Cards, minimum purchase of $500 & above with 6 or 12 months plans.
Deliveries will be made only within Singapore. Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavor to make delivery within seven (7) days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but the time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make deliveries.
a. Delivery within 3 to 5 days.
b. There will be a delivery charge of $10 for purchases less than $200.
c. There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.
a. Place your order before 4pm and enjoy same day shipping on eligible products (subject to stocks availability in our warehouse).
b. Orders placed after 4pm will be scheduled to ship the following day.
c. There will be a $30 charge for Express delivery & Timing will be from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
d. There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods
Click & Collect can be made at all retail outlets including Online store. You may collect your stocks 2 days (including Public Holidays and weekends) after the purchase date at the store of your choice (Exclude Pre-Order items & Product with Installation). The collection will be subjected to stock availability.
Please present your E-Sales Order email/print out and NRIC/Photo ID/Passport to our Staff upon collection of your item/s for verification purpose.
Items purchased online may not be in stock even after order confirmation.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, our Customer Service Executive will contact you to offer an alternative product or advise a full refund.
Authorization for collection on behalf of the buyer.
Should there be another person who is collecting on your behalf, an authorized letter have to be presented at the point of collection. We may request a copy of E-Sales Order email/print out and authorized person's NRIC/Photo ID/Passport for verification purpose.
8. Installation Guideline, Terms & Conditions
Standard Basic installation - Only applicable for selected product category purchased from BEST Online Store:
a. Televisions - Yes, with basic table top installation.
b. Audio/Video devices - Yes, with basic installation.
c. Washer - Yes, with the standard water hose and tap installation.
d. Refrigerator - Yes with basic installation.
e. All Kitchen & Beauty Care Appliances - No installation unless stated.
f. Microwave & Oven - No installation unless stated.
g. Water Heater - No installation unless stated.
*Basic Installation charges $50-80 applied if required.
h. Desk/Stand & Wall Fan - No installation unless stated.
*Basic Installation charges $30-$80 applied if required.
i. Ceiling fan - Free Standard installation
*Only applicable with Concrete wall, existing wiring & On/Off Switch.
*Additional charges of $20 for replacement of old ceiling fan.
*Ad-hoc charges applied based on additional installation required.
j. Notebook/CPU+Monitor - No installation unless stated.
Installation charges $20 applied if required.
k. All Accessories - No installation unless stated.
*TV purchases made from BEST Online store will not be entitled to wall mounting services unless otherwise stated.
*Wall mounting installation is chargeable based on TV size and only applicable in all our BEST Retail outlets.
9. Risk of loss and damage
Risk of loss and damage of the products you purchase passes to you on delivery. We shall retain title to the products until such time as payment in full (including delivery charges) has been effected.
10. Returns and Exchanges
We may, subject to our discretion and policies, allow returns and exchanges. Should returns be allowed, refund will be either in the form of credit vouchers or credit back to the credit card used for the purchase within a period of 3 weeks. No exchange of product to be made at any BEST Denki outlets.
1 to 1 Exchange applies with these criterias:
a. Product found to be defective or faulty.
b. Within 7 days after delivery completion.
c. Fulfillment is subject to delivery schedule availability.
We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with your online order through our BEST Online Store.
We make no representation or warranty that any product specified in our BEST Online Store will be available for purchase at any of the Best Denki retail stores in Singapore at the specified price or at all.
Except to the extent required by applicable law, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of or reliance on any content or information displayed on our BEST Online Store.
We will not be liable to you or any party for any damages, losses, expenses or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss or loss opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your online order through our BEST Online Store, or reliance on any information, materials or online services provided at our BEST Online Store, regardless of the form of action and even if we had been advised as to the possibility of such damages. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained in these terms & conditions, our maximum aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of the statutory duty) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with your online order through our BEST Online Store shall be limited to the price of the products purchased from our BEST Online Store.
From time to time, our BEST Online Store may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse these other websites. We have no responsibility for the content of these other websites. We make no representations or warranties that these other websites do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person. We are not authorising the reproduction of material found on these other websites.

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms & conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of our BEST Online Store, or by any other person accessing our BEST Online Store using your account and/or your personal information.
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights and remedies. The invalidity of any provision of these terms & conditions shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. Entire Agreement
These terms & conditions supercedes all prior representations, understandings and agreements between us.
18. Rights of third parties
A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any of the terms of such agreement.
We reserve the right to amend, vary and change these terms & conditions at our discretion without any notice.
20. Applicable Law
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to and/or in connection with these terms & conditions.
