Air Conditioner General Cleaning Service Include: 

• Systematic examination and cleaning of Fan Coil Unit
• Check all safety circuits, noise problem 
• Cleaning for Filter & Cover
• Coil & Blower using the brush 
• Vacuum the Drainage pipe
• Clean drain pan and flush condensate water drain pipe of fan-coil
• Test run the air-conditioner unit

Air Conditioner General Cleaning Service Does Not Include: 

• Call for breakdown compressor
• Refrigerant pipe leaking
• Chemical wash and Condenser Unit servicing
• Topping up of air-con gas
• Replacement of parts

Such call and services will be chargeable depending on the type and model of air-con unit.
