Step 2: Fill in your purchase information

• Date of purchase, Product Serial Number, Place of purchase and Invoice number

Step 3: Select the number of items eligible for gift(s) redemption

• For redemption of physical gifts, fill in your delivery address

Step 4: Upload a photo of your invoice and product serial number

Step 5: Submit your gift redemption request

• A confirmation email will be sent upon verification
